What's new
Send qualification expiry reminders only for current job requirements
Qualification Expiry Date Upcoming notifications now include an option to send reminders only when the qualification is a current requirement of the person's job. When the option is off (default), reminders continue to go out for every expiring qualification, exactly as they do today.
The requirement check happens at the moment the reminder is due to send, so if a qualification stops being a job requirement after the reminder was scheduled, it will no longer be sent. This keeps expiry reminders focused on the qualifications your people actually need to hold for their current role. You can turn the option on for the Low, Medium and High reminders independently, in your event notification settings.
Fixes and improvements
This release also includes fixes and refinements across user account creation, job requirements, and the Humanforce Talent integration, including document retrieval and contract details for internal moves. Where a fix affected your organisation, our team will have been in touch with you directly.
