If employees are allowed to make changes to their personal details through employee self-service these changes will require authorisation before they apply to their employee profiles and (if applicable) are transferred to payroll.
1. Under the Management menu select Employee Change Approvals.
2. Pending employee changes will be listed, click Expand to view the details of their changes.
3. Current and updated values of all changed fields will be shown. You can accept all of the employee's changed to values by clicking the Approve button at the top of the section. Alternatively, you can accept and edit individual values by clicking the button to move them to the Edit the live values section where they can be altered. Once you are happy with the values displayed here click Approve to save them.
If you are using API integration from Humanforce to your payroll solution the changes will be transferred across but may take a few minutes to do so, depending on our solution you may need to approve these change within your payroll solution before they take effect.
Note: If you are using API integration to your payroll solution only changes made to employee details within Humanforce will be transferred. Any changes made to employee profiles from TimeTarget will not be integrated.
