If your company uses the Onboarding module, business and nominated super fund information can be entered in Humanforce to be used on forms provided to the employees during the onboarding process.
Note: It is not required to fill out this information, and the onboarding process
will work without filling out employer details. There may be a good reason to not
fill out this information, such as if your company operates under multiple
business names.
Access Levels
In order to enter employer details, you must first have the permission to access this area. Ensure that the box under Maintenance Screens for Employer Details is ticked for whatever access level(s) will maintain this information.
Entering Employer Details
Go to Admin > Employer Details (in the System Configuration Section).
Enter details for your business, upload an electronic signature, and provide your nominated super fund details. Click Save when finished.
