Purpose
This session is designed to equip key users with the knowledge and understanding
required to set up and work with the HRIS module via the Humanforce Web Application.
Objective
- Understand how the Core HR module works end to end
- How to add/maintain the setup
- How to complete the required tasks from an employees and management perspective

Prerequisites
- Participants have an in-depth working knowledge of their processes and requirements for Disciplinary Actions, Incident Reporting and Induction Tasks
This session is ideally delivered as a hands-on session for users to practice the activities they will be undertaking in Humanforce. For you to get the most out of these remote training sessions Humanforce makes the following recommendations.
- Ensure you know your Humanforce log-in details, and have tested them prior to the session
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Take yourself away from your desk/phone to limit distractions
- Gather in a room together with a tv/projector to share the trainers screen, and have your own laptops to follow along with. Otherwise, have at least two screens available

- Incident Reporting - Incident Types, Severities and States
- Induction Tasks - Induction documents (e.g. orientation checklists, questionnaires, training documents, etc.)
