Purpose
These sessions are designed to equip key users with the knowledge and understanding
required to review the system configuration and undertake user acceptance testing.
It is also an opportunity to learn how Humanforce will be used by managers and
employees, identify any specific changes to existing processes and plan how these
will be managed during the implementation.
Objective
- Understand how Humanforce has been configured for their organisation
- Maintain employee details
- Manage processes for employees to maintain their availability and leave requests
- Build roster templates and create rosters for new cycles
- Review timesheet functionality and understand the meaning of visual indicators displayed on timesheets
As a standard practice we schedule 2 hours per session. An Admin Training requires 2 sessions, preferably we book these a couple of days apart.
Shorter sessions have proven to be highly effective:
- Attendees can fully focus for a limited time
- No need to block your full day for training
- You have time in between sessions to review, practice, make changes, test, etc.

Prerequisites
- Participants have an in-depth working knowledge of their organisation structure and payroll processes
- All participants have been able to successfully logon to Humanforce
This session is ideally delivered as a hands-on session for administrators to practice the activities they will be undertaking in Humanforce. For you to get the most out of these remote training sessions Humanforce makes the following recommendations.
- Ensure you know your Humanforce log-in details, and have tested them prior to the session
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Take yourself away from your desk/phone to limit distractions
- Gather in a room together with a tv/projector to share the trainers screen, and have your own laptops to follow along with. Otherwise, have at least two screens available.
