Follow this guide to add a note to an employee record in Humanforce WFM – Core HR.
This feature requires an active licence for Humanforce WFM – Core HR and must be enabled in Nav Manager.
Steps
- Go to Core HR > Employee Notes.
- In the top-right corner, click + Add a new Note.
- In Employee, click … to search, then select the correct employee.
- In Details, type the content of the note.
- (Optional) Select the Attachments tab, then click Add Attachment to upload supporting files.
- Click Add to save the note.
The new note appears in the Employee Notes grid with the current date/time and your name in the Created By column.
Additional information
You can also access this feature via Employee Management > Employee Profile > Employee Notes.
- Access is controlled via Access Levels > Online > View HRIS > View Employee Notes.
Optional permissions include:- Add, Edit, Delete, View (about self or others)
- Add/View/Edit/Delete Attachments
- Purge-delete Attachments
- View below/same/above my auth level
