When an employee accesses Humanforce after being assigned Induction Tasks, they will receive a notification. This will hopefully prompt them to commence completing the tasks.
You will be able to manage the Employee Inductions from HRIS> Employee Induction.
You may want to use the Location, Department or Role filters to filter to the employee induction tasks. If you have used the filter options, select Load.

Cancels the induction process, the employee will receive a notification advising that their Induction tasks have been closed. |
Once the employee has completed the induction tasks, the Employee or Access Level responsible for Confirming that the task has been completed will receive a notification.
You can then navigate to Employee Induction, specifically to the Completed tasks.
To proceed further, you will need to Review the tasks and Confirm or Decline them.
If you Decline a task, you will be prompted to submit details on why the task was declined. Please provide clear instructions that will allow the employee to successfully complete the task.
Once the employee has completed all tasks, you will be notified. You can review and confirm them individually, or alternatively, you can select Confirm Completed Tasks to confirm all tasks on the page. Done will return you back to main Induction Tasks menu.
Now that the Employee Induction is complete, you can navigate to the Confirmed Induction Tasks. If you need to access any of the details provided during the induction process, select Review.
This will open the task were you can view responses and downloaded any documents uploaded by the employee.
