Download the Humanforce mobile apps (Work & Legacy)

Follow this guide to download and install the Humanforce Work app and the Humanforce (legacy) app on your iOS or Android device.

The Humanforce Work app is the newest version of our mobile experience. It replaces the Humanforce (legacy) app and includes faster access, a refreshed design, and ongoing feature updates. We recommend using the Work app wherever possible.

Part 1: Download the Humanforce Work app

iOS (Apple) devices

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Tap the Search icon and enter “Humanforce Work”.
3. Select the blue app titled Humanforce Work (New) .
4. Tap Get to install the app.
5. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
6. When prompted, Allow notifications so you can receive messages and shift offers.

Android devices

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap the Search bar and enter “Humanforce Work”.
3. Select the blue app titled Humanforce Work (New) .
4. Tap Install.
5. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
6. When prompted, Allow notifications so you can receive messages and shift offers.

Part 2: Download the Humanforce (legacy) app

iOS (Apple) devices

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Tap the Search icon and enter “Humanforce”.
3. Select the yellow app titled Humanforce (Legacy) .
4. Tap Get to install the app.
5. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
6. When prompted, Allow notifications so you can receive messages and shift offers.

Android devices

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap the Search bar and enter “Humanforce”.
3. Select the yellow app titled Humanforce (Legacy) .
4. Tap Install.
5. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
6. When prompted, Allow notifications so you can receive messages and shift offers.

Additional information

• If you're not sure which app to use, download the Humanforce Work app. This is the current and supported version of the app for most users.
• Some organisations still use Humanforce (legacy) app to complete onboarding via Humanforce WFM onboarding. If you've received an onboarding code or instructions to use the legacy app, follow your organisation's guidance.

If you're unsure which app your organisation supports, check with your manager, payroll team, or system administrator before logging in.
