Follow this guide to log in to the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (legacy) mobile app using your welcome email and temporary password.
If your organisation uses Single Sign On (SSO), open the Humanforce Work app and select Login with SSO.
If you’ve received an onboarding code instead of a welcome email, follow the steps in Log in to Humanforce Mobile App with onboarding code.
Steps

Check for your welcome email
- You’ll receive a Welcome to Humanforce email from Humanforce - DO NOT REPLY donotreply@humanforce.com after your employer enters your primary email address in Humanforce WFM.
- The email includes:
- Your username (the email it was sent to)
- A temporary 6-digit password
- Links to download the relevant mobile app
Can’t find the email? Check your junk or spam folders. If it’s missing, ask your manager to confirm your email details were entered into Humanforce.

Download the app
- Use the app store links in your welcome email, or follow Download the Humanforce mobile apps for step-by-step instructions.
- If you're unsure which app to use:
- Choose the
Humanforce Work app unless your organisation is using onboarding through the
Humanforce (legacy) app.
- Choose the

Open the app and enter your login details

Email address: the address your welcome email was sent to

Password: the temporary 6-digit password
- Tap Login

Create your new password
- You’ll be prompted to create a permanent password. This will be used for all future logins.
You’ll be successfully logged into the Humanforce mobile app and can now access your shifts, leave, timesheets, and more.
Additional information

- Once the welcome email is sent, it cannot be resent. Ask your manager to check:
- That your email is entered under your employee profile
- That a Mobile API sync has been run to register your email with the app
If your profile is missing an email address, or your access level is not enabled for mobile use, you may not be able to log in. Contact your manager or Humanforce administrator for help.
