Follow this guide to reset your password for the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (legacy) mobile app if you've forgotten it or your temporary password has expired.
Your mobile app password is separate from your Humanforce WFM website login. It’s linked to the primary email address listed in your employee profile, not your employee ID.
Steps
- Open your Humanforce app and tap Forgot password?
- This appears on the login screen.
- Enter your email address
- Type the registered email address and tap Confirm (Work app) or Reset Password (Legacy app).
- If the address is valid, a message will confirm that a reset passcode has been sent.
- If you're using the Legacy app, this validation step won't occur.
- Can't proceed? Try: Troubleshoot logging in to the Humanforce app
Important: Do not close the app. Keep the app open on the passcode screen.
- Check your email for the passcode
- You’ll receive a Oops... forgot your password? email from Humanforce - DO NOT REPLY donotreply@humanforce.com.
- The email includes your 6-digit reset code.
- Check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t appear, or try Troubleshoot logging in to the Humanforce app.
- Return to the app and enter the code
- Type the 6-digit reset code and tap Verify (Work) or Change Password (Legacy).
- Create your new password
- Enter and confirm a new password that meets the on-screen requirements.
- Tap Reset password (Work) or Change Password (Legacy) to finish.
You’ll return to the login screen and can now sign in using your email address and new password.
Additional information
- If you log in with SSO, do not use the Forgot password? option on the Humanforce app login screen.
To reset your SSO password, follow your company’s internal process (e.g., IT helpdesk, self-service password reset portal). - You can change your app password at any time from the Security Settings menu inside the app.
- Your Humanforce website login is not affected by this reset. Passwords for the website and mobile apps are managed separately.
If your email isn’t registered in Humanforce WFM, or your access level doesn’t allow mobile use, the reset will not work. Contact your manager or administrator for help.
