To reset your password for Humanforce Work, follow the steps below. Note that the password you use for logging into the Humanforce App is different to the one you use for logging into the Humanforce website.
- Open the app and tap Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address registered with your Humanforce employee profile and click Confirm. If you're not sure which email address is registered against your profile, contact your manager.
- If the email you entered is registered, a message will confirm a reset code has been emailed to that email address. Tap OK.
- Check your email inbox for your reset code.
- Enter your reset code in the app and click Verify.
- Enter a new password, confirm your new password and click Reset Password.
- The app will confirm that your password has been updated for the Humanforce Work App.
Note that your usernames and passwords for the Humanforce website and Humanforce
Mobile Apps are different. Your password for the Humanforce website will
not be changed by resetting your mobile app password.
