Follow this guide to complete your onboarding in the Humanforce (legacy) mobile app using the 6-digit onboarding code emailed to you.
If you haven't already, download and install the app by following Download the Humanforce Legacy mobile app.
Part 1: Start onboarding from your code
- Open the
Humanforce (legacy) app.
- Tap Please enter your onboarding code to continue on the login screen.
- Enter the email address that received the onboarding email.
- Enter your 6-digit onboarding code (found in step 4 of the onboarding email).
- Tap Proceed to onboarding.
You’ll enter the onboarding workflow where you can review and submit your details.
Part 2: Create your account password
- When prompted, create a password for your Humanforce mobile app account.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number.
- Tap Next > to continue to onboarding.
Once set, you can use this password to log into the app instead of accessing onboarding via the code.
Part 3: Fill in your onboarding details
- Complete the required sections:
- Personal info
- Bank account
- TFN declaration (AU only)
- Superannuation (AU only) - select from entering your existing fund details, join a new fund, use your employer's default fund or enter your self-managed super fund details
- Emergency contacts
- Tap Next > to move through each section.
- Review any pre-filled fields from your employer and update if needed.
- Tap Save draft at any time to pause and return later (before the expiry date in your email).
You'll see a progress tracker at the top of the screen as you move through the steps.
Part 4: Upload your documents
- On the Uploads screen, review any documents your employer has requested.
- Tap + Add Document.
- Choose the document type and enter any required details (e.g. issue/expiry dates).
- Tap
Upload file or
Capture photo, then tap Save.
- Repeat for each required document.
- Once all requested documents are uploaded, tap Send to submit your onboarding form for approval.
Uploaded documents must be clear and legible to be accepted.
You’ll receive an email once your employer has reviewed your submission and confirmed the next steps.
Part 5: Make updates or corrections
If your employer requests updates:
- Open the
Humanforce (legacy) app.
- Log in using your email and the password you created in Part 2.
- Make the requested changes.
- Tap Send to re-submit your updates.
You can continue using the same onboarding code until onboarding is complete.
Part 6: Review and sign documents
When your details are approved, you'll receive an email prompting you to sign your documents.
- Open the
Humanforce (legacy) app and log in with your account credentials.
- Open and review each document in the list.
- Tick the confirmation checkbox to acknowledge you've read everything.
- Tap Sign documents.
- Use your finger to sign when prompted. Tap Clear signature to start over if needed.
- Tap Sign.
- Enter the SMS security code sent to your mobile.
- Tap Continue.
Once submitted, your documents will be sent to your employer for final approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once onboarding is fully complete.
Next steps
Once onboarding is finalised, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions to log in for the first time.
Additional information
- You can save a draft at any time, just return before the expiry date to complete onboarding.
- If your mobile number is incorrect, contact your employer to update it.
- You won't be able to log into the app until your onboarding is approved and all documents are signed.
