Download the Humanforce Work Mobile App

What this article covers

This article shows you how to download and install the Humanforce Work mobile app on your iOS (Apple) or Android device.

Note, Humanforce currently has two mobile applications: our Legacy Humanforce app, and the new Humanforce Work app. For instructions on downloading the Humanforce Legacy app, please refer to this article.

iOS devices

Find the app in the App Store

To locate the Humanforce Work App for iOS in the App Store, you have two options:

1. Click the link below
   

OR

1. Open the App Store app on your iOS device.
2. Tap the search bar at the top.
3. Search for "Humanforce Work".
4. Select the blue app titled "Humanforce Work".

Download and install

1. Tap the Get button to download and install the Humanforce Work app.
2. The app will now download and install. This may take a minute.
3. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
4. Allow notifications when prompted so you can receive important messages and shift offers.

Android devices

Find the app in the Play Store

To locate the Humanforce Work App for Android in the Google Play store, you have two options:

1. Click the link below
   

OR

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap the search bar at the top.
3. Search for "Humanforce Work".
4. Select the blue app titled "Humanforce Work".

Download and install

1. Click on the dropdown arrow then tap the "Install" button.
2. The app will now download and install. This may take a minute.
3. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
4. Allow notifications when prompted so you can receive important messages and shift offers.

Log in to the app

When you first open the Humanforce Work app after installing it, you'll need to log in with your employee credentials.

Once installed and logged in, the Humanforce Work mobile app allows you to:

• View your roster and shifts
• Clock in and out for shifts
• Request leave
• Update your availability
• And more!
