Variable amount allowances not exporting correctly
Issue:
If an allowance is configured as a variable amount in Humanforce Payroll and the dollar value is entered or managed in Humanforce WFM, the value is not sent during the payroll export. This results in the allowance appearing in Payroll with no associated amount.
Status:
Work in progress.
Workaround:
- Set the pay element in Humanforce Payroll as an allowance amount by unit, with the value managed in Payroll.
- If the allowance value is only known at the time of the shift, set the value in Payroll to 1, then allow managers to enter the correct total value in WFM.
Role revision date defaults to 01/01/1900 and prevents rate sync
Issue:
When a new employee is assigned a role in Humanforce WFM, the role effective date may default to 01/01/1900. Humanforce Payroll does not accept dates earlier than the employee’s start date, so associated rate details do not sync.
Status:
Under investigation.
Workaround:
Update the role effective date in Humanforce WFM to the employee’s actual start date. Once corrected, the rate will sync to Payroll as expected.
