The Humanforce HCM Suite brings together Humanforce HR, Workforce Management (WFM), and Payroll into a connected platform for managing your people, operations, and pay.
With employee data flowing from HR through to WFM and Payroll, the suite reduces manual admin, improves data accuracy, and helps maintain compliance across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
This integration is ideal for organisations looking to centralise HR records, streamline scheduling and payroll, and reduce duplication between systems.
Capabilities
Connect employee data across your HCM suite
At the core of the suite integration is the Employee Data Forwarding feature. Once enabled, this allows changes made in HR to automatically flow through WFM and Payroll, keeping all systems in sync without duplicate entry.
Supported synchronisations include:

Employee records – Personal details, job information and qualifications

Auxiliary data – Employment types, pay companies, award profiles, and more

Timesheets and leave – Approved data flows from WFM into Payroll

Payroll-specific data – Such as payslips, leave balances, and public holidays imported from Payroll to WFM
Updates can be triggered in real time via webhooks, on-demand or scheduled through Integration Central.

How it works
Connect HR and WFM
Link employee data and workforce configuration between HR and WFM to support onboarding, rostering, compliance and job tracking.
HR acts as the source of truth for:

Qualifications and visa details
Once configured, changes made in HR (e.g. new starters, updates, terminations) flow automatically into WFM and Payroll to support compliance and rostering. WFM manages secondary roles, day-to-day updates, and workforce scheduling.

Connect WFM and Payroll
Once records are active in WFM, relevant information is transferred to Payroll to support accurate and timely processing:

Employee data from HR and WFM to Payroll

Approved timesheets and leave into Payroll

Payslip, leave balances, and public holiday data from Payroll to WFM
Payroll becomes the destination for validated data, while WFM captures operational inputs.
Employee Data Forwarding
Employee Data Forwarding enables seamless integration across all three products. Once enabled:

HR employee data is pushed to WFM

WFM then forwards them into Payroll automatically
This eliminates the need to manually re-enter data or trigger updates between systems. It supports:

Early Access Capabilities
Bank, Tax and Superannuation sync from HR to Payroll
For Australian customers, employee financial details can now be collected during onboarding in Humanforce HR and forwarded directly to Humanforce Payroll, skipping WFM.
This includes:
- Bank account information
- TFN declaration
- Superannuation choice
Once enabled, HR teams can collect and validate these details as part of the new onboarding flow. Data is then securely transferred to Payroll without the need for manual input or duplication.

Planned improvements
Native Talent integration (formerly LiveHire): Currently supported via a custom integration, Talent is planned for native integration with Humanforce HR in a future release. This will expand the end-to-end workflow from recruitment to onboarding.
