Follow this guide to enable Employee Data Forwarding in your Humanforce HCM Suite. Once configured, employee changes will flow automatically from Humanforce HR → WFM → Payroll, improving data consistency and reducing manual effort.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following are completed:
- Core setup of Humanforce HR and Humanforce WFM is complete.
- Necessary custom fields have been created in Humanforce HR. Learn about creating custom fields in HR.
- Auxiliary data (e.g., pay companies, employment types, award profiles, locations, departments, roles, access levels, clock-in settings) is configured in Humanforce WFM.
- HR needs to be configured to support Remuneration schedules.
- Shared data fields (e.g., pay rates, gender, title, visa types) have been reviewed and aligned between systems.
- Note that the "No Pay Grade" should be added to WFM if used in HR.
- Employee records exist in Humanforce HR.
- Timezones must match between HR and WFM. Set the Humanforce HR Tenant Timezone in WFM (Admin > Admin Config > System Settings) to avoid date mismatches during sync. If there're multiple operational timezones then select the east-most timezone for the above setting (e.g. if a customer has offices in Perth and Sydney in Australia and Auckland in New Zealand, then you will pick the Auckland timezone).
