Humanforce HR (formerly intelliHR) is part of the Humanforce HCM suite, offering HR capabilities such as employee records management, compliance tracking, and workforce insights.
When integrated with Humanforce Workforce Management (WFM), this solution enables seamless, automated data flows across your organisation. Designed for HR leaders, operational teams, payroll specialists and your workforce, this integration reduces manual processes, improves accuracy, and supports compliance by connecting your core people management tools.
By linking employee records, qualifications, and key auxiliary data between systems, you’ll spend less time on manual data work and more time on high-impact work. Whether you're managing onboarding, rostering, or payroll, this integration ensures data consistency and reliability across your platforms.
Capabilities
Synchronise auxiliary and employee data
This integration allows key data to flow between Humanforce HR and WFM to support accurate, timely workforce management, reducing admin effort, improving data quality, and strengthening compliance.
As part of the setup, your core workforce configuration fields are transferred from WFM into HR - including pay companies, employment types, award profiles, access levels, clock-in settings, and default location, department, and role (LDR) values. These values are then used when creating employee records and primary jobs, streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring alignment between systems.
Humanforce HR is the source of truth for qualifications, which automatically sync to WFM and ensure only compliant employees are rostered. This supports a consistent view of certifications across your HCM tools.
Once configured, employee data synchronisation occurs in near real-time. When a primary job is created in HR, a new employee record is created in WFM with synced personal details, job information, and active qualifications. Any updates to People, Job, or Qualification records in HR flow directly into WFM, while bulk synchronisation options are available for ongoing validation or ad hoc corrections.
When an employee is terminated in HR, the termination automatically flows through to WFM, closing the employee record in that system as well.

Extend the integration with the HCM Suite
For customers using Humanforce HR, WFM, and Payroll and where HR is the employee data source of truth, the integration can be extended further using the Employee Data Forwarding feature.
This configuration enables HR-driven employee updates to automatically flow through WFM into Payroll, creating a unified, automated data pathway across your entire HCM suite. It eliminates the need for duplicate data entry and ensures that employee records remain consistent, accurate, and compliant across all connected systems.

Early Access Capabilities
Extend the integration with WFM-to-HR employee updates
For organisations looking to enable two-way synchronisation, Humanforce now supports updates from WFM to HR through the Employee Management and Change Approvals screens in WFM. This allows updates made during day-to-day operations to flow back into HR, helping to keep records aligned without duplicating work.
🔐 This feature is currently available via Early Access. Raise a support ticket to enable this for your organisation.
