Data Flow:
- Updates made in Humanforce HR will automatically transfer into Humanforce WFM, based on the configured HR>WFM integration settings.
- Once received in WFM, the data will automatically flow into Humanforce Payroll, following the WFM>Payroll integration rules—eliminating the need to manually trigger the update in WFM.
Limitations
- Only supported fields within the receiving system will be forwarded after the employee update has been successfully processed in WFM. Unsupported fields will be excluded during the process.
- Employees loaded to WFM using employee file upload is not be supported within this feature.
- This feature applies only to future updates after activation.
Best Practices
- Validate Data: Ensure all employee records in Humanforce HR, Humanforce WFM, and Humanforce Payroll are accurate and complete before enabling the feature.
- Match Unique Identifiers: Verify that unique identifiers, such as employee codes and payroll codes, are consistent across all systems to avoid duplication.
- Test Before Rollout: Conduct a test phase with a small group of employees to verify the forwarding process.
- Monitor Logs: Regularly review error logs in Integration Central to ensure data is being forwarded correctly.
