Humanforce has the ability to block you from clocking in if you are not rostered in to work. To check if this is switched on click Admin > Access Levels select the access level that cannot clock in.
Click on Permissions, then search for non-roster. Then expand TimeTarget Online > View Clock Timesheet Page and check if Allow Non-Rostered Clock-in is checked or not.
If Allow Non-Rostered Clock-In is checked and you are still unable to clock in.
It may appear that Humanforce is not allowing you to Clock-In because it is not displaying anything in under Location, Department, or Role. Humanforce will still allow you to clock in but you will have to select the Location, Department and Role that you will working. Once selected the Start Work button will be enabled.
The reason that the fields are not pre populating is due to the employee not having the location that they are trying to clock into allocated to their profile.
To fix this in the future just simply allocate that location to the employees profile.
