To share custom made Workforce Analytics reports with other users in the business, the reports must now be enabled through Access Levels.
By default custom made reports will no longer be available to any user other than the one that created the report. Any custom-made Workforce Analytics reports will now appear in the Access Level >Custom Reports tab.
To share a report with other users please follow the below steps.
1. Create your report in Workforce Analytics and click the menu icon.
2. Click Save or Save As... to give your report a name.
3. Name your report accordingly. We recommend sticking to a specific naming convention to avoid potential confusion with multiple reports.
4. Go to Admin > Security Config > Access Levels and edit the Access Level you want to give access to the report. Open the Custom Reports tab and check the report you just created. Click Apply Changes.
The access level will also need permission to view the data source that the report is based on.

If users have access to edit in Workforce Analytics, they will have the ability to rename reports and delete reports. Giving users access to only View Workforce Analytics will prevent this from happening.
