How can I view Shift Bids and Offer responses in Humanforce Web?

Shift Start - date and time. Matches current roster start time.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Start Time' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Shift End - date and time. Matches current roster end time.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer End Time' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Shift Break - date and time (may be blank). Matches current roster shift break time.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Break Time' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Shift Break - length in mins (0 where no break assigned). Matches current roster shift break length.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Break Length' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Location assigned to shift being bid on. Matches current roster shift Location.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Location' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Department assigned to shift being bid on. Matches current roster shift Department.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Department' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Role assigned to shift being bid on. Matches current roster shift Role.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Role' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Area assigned to shift being bid on (may be blank). Matches current roster shift Area.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Area' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Event assigned to shift being bid on (may be blank). Matches current roster shift Event.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Event' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Function assigned to shift being bid on (may be blank). Matches current roster shift Function.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Function' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

Shift Period assigned to shift being bid on.  Matches current roster Shift Period.
May be different to 'Bid\Offer Shift Period' field if changes were made to shift after shift was offered.

The status of the shift  being bid on at each stage:

• 'Unconfirmed'
• 'Offered'
• 'Confirmed'
• 'Declined'

All bid records in the report for each specific shift will share the same Shift Confirmation Status as this is the status of the shift, not the status of the bid.
The status of the shift in the Rostering screen will determine if this field is populated with 'Confirmed' or 'Unconfirmed' for new bids.
It will always be set to 'Confirmed' if the Location Setting of "Rostering - set new shifts to confirmed by default" is active (found in System Config>Location Settings).
Where an employee declines a shift offer sent via Bid Manager, the Shift Confirmation Status will become either:

• 'Declined' where Auto Unassign (System Setting) is off (default)
• 'Unconfirmed' - where the Auto Unassign is on - and even if the shift was originally 'Confirmed' and irrespective of the "Rostering - set new shifts to confirmed by default" setting.

Status of the bid.
Each bid row in the report can be different as it's the status of the bid itself, not the shift.

• 'Bid' = Bid submitted by employee
• 'Offered' = shift offered to employee
• 'Declined = offer declined by employee
• 'Withdrawn' = bid withdrawn by employee
• 'Accepted' = offer accepted by employee or shift assigned directly via Bid Manager
• 'Unsuccessful' = shift not offered or assigned to the employee (was offered or assigned to another employee)

Date/time the bid was submitted.
The date/time does not change even if bid is withdrawn.

Initially displays the date/time the shift was published.
When the shift is offered or assigned, the date/time the shift was offered/assigned is displayed on the  record being offered/assigned only. For any other bid records for that shift, the original shift publish time is retained.
Where an offer is withdrawn, this field becomes "1/01/1900 12:00:00 AM" on the withdrawn bid record only.

Initially displays the date/time the bid was submitted.
Updates to display the date/time the offer was either accepted, declined or the shift was assigned.

Offered Time

Displays the date/time of when the status of the shift became 'Offered’.
Only populated on the row displaying the bid for which the shift was offered.
As this field will not be populated where the shift was directly assigned via Bid Manager, this field can be used to determine if a shift has been offered, or whether it has been directly assigned.

Bid\Offer Employee Code

Start date/time of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Start Time' if Start Time of shift was changed after shift was offered.

End date/time of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift End Time' if End Time of shift was changed after shift was offered.

Break date/time of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Break Time' if Break Time of shift was changed after shift was offered.

Break duration (mins) of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Break Length' if Break Length of shift was changed after shift was offered.

Location of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Location' if shift Location was changed after shift was offered.

Department of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Department' if shift Department was changed after shift was offered.

Role of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Role' if shift Role was changed after shift was offered.

Area of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Area' if shift Area was changed after shift was offered.

Event of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Event' if shift Event was changed after shift was offered.

Function of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Function' if shift Function was changed after shift was offered.

Period of shift at time of offer.
Can be different to 'Shift Start Time' if Start Time of shift was changed after shift was offered.

Indicates if the shift has yet been offered or assigned.

• False where shift not yet offered/assigned to any employee.
• False where the shift has been either offered and accepted or assigned to that employee.
• True on the record(s) which were not successful - ie where shift has been either offered and accepted or assigned to another employee.

So when bids are submitted by Employee A and Employee B, is set to false for both records.
If employee A is offered and then accepts that offer, remains as false for employee A but true for Employee B.
