Workforce Analytics is a powerful reporting module in Humanforce WFM, designed to help you query and visualise your workforce data in flexible, customisable formats. With Workforce Analytics, you can create dashboards and reports to monitor key trends, manage compliance, and make informed decisions.
If you are familiar with BI tools, Workforce Analytics works in a similar way but is built directly into Humanforce WFM for convenience and accuracy.

Data Explorer permissions manage visibility of data sources like employees, payroll, rosters, and timesheets.

Navigation Manager ensures Workforce Analytics appears in your management menu: Admin > Nav Manager > Management > Workforce Analytics.
