Feature Updates
Onboarding Completed Event Notification
This new event notification makes tracking employee onboarding progress easier than ever! Once set up, the event notification recipient (e.g. the employee’s team manager, IT equipment coordinator, or local HR/branch manager) will automatically be notified as soon as an employee completes all of their onboarding steps.
Bank/Tax/Super Submitted Event Notification - Australia Only
When an employee completes bank, tax and superannuation onboarding or updates their bank, tax or superannuation details in their employee profile, a notification will be sent to your preferred recipients with a secure link to access the updated information directly in the iHR platform. The bank, tax and superannuation details will not be included in the event notification, only a mention of what has been provided by the employee. This ensures the right teams receive the right information efficiently while maintaining data security by avoiding sensitive details in email notifications.

Bug Fixes
- Apostrophes used in Custom Notification Email Subject Lines were not resolving properly and were instead displayed as a code. This has been improved and Email Subject Lines that include an apostrophe will work as expected.
- The overdue Task list was not expecting the A-Z sort order, this has been resolved.
