Feature Updates
Contract Variables
We've added many more variables to our Contract Templates feature. These include Contract Issue Date, Humnaforce HR IDs, Employee Numbers, Pay Steps, Custom Fields, Additions to Base & Total, Breakdowns, and many more. For the full list of contract variables, visit Contract Template Variables.
Contract Dates
We've made a change to make all dates in our contracts feature appear with the full month > 01 December 2025 rather than 01 Dec 2025.
Pending Job Updates
We're excited to announce improvements to our Pending Job Updates page. This update to the feature ensures that your team has all the information they need to action pending updates as part of your Job Approval process.
Bug Fixes
- We found a bug in the tables feature of our contract templates editor. All tables were displayed with white borders. This has now been resolved, and contracts will appear with borders. For any customers who would prefer white borders, you can paste a table in from a word document to customise this to your needs. Just ensure you Keep formatting when you paste back into the contract template.
- Some customers who had not identified job update approvers were unable to proceed with job changes. We have resolved this across all customers so you will not be able to turn on the Job Update Approval feature without defining approvers.
Coming Soon
- Based on feedback from customers, Job Update Reasons will be required by default from June 23, 2025.
- We're adding Job Custom Field Categories so you can organise your custom fields in a way that makes sense in your organisation. This will work the same way as Person and Remuneration Custom Fields Categories.
- We're making a change to the Issue Onboarding step in the platform. This update makes the steps and actions much clearer to users issuing onboarding to new starters.
