All of the new features and improvements we are making over here at Humanforce HR, summarised for you! You might have noticed some of these already, but others might come as a surprise. These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform, our features, and how you are using it.
Our change logs will include new features, improvements to existing features and bug fixes. We'll also give you a sneak peek for an upcoming release, so make sure you keep checking back!

Feature Updates
Time and Date Stamp on Printed Contracts
We've added a time and date stamp to signatures on printed contracts. This detail was previously only available when viewing contracts in the platform. This update is applied to all contracts including ones completed in the past.
Issue Onboarding
We've made UI improvements to the issue onboarding step. This functions the same way however, this update makes the steps and actions much clearer to users issuing onboarding to new starters.
Issued Tasks
We've made some design improvements to Issued Tasks to resolve some formatting issues that some customers were experiencing, such as varied indentations and extra spacing in text. There is also an update to the information at the top of the page to highlight the subject, respondent, issue date and due date.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- When bulk issuing user accounts, some users were experiencing issues selecting individuals over multiple pages; this has been resolved.
- When completing onboarding, the address type was sometimes displayed incorrectly as Postal when it should have been home. This was purely a display issue that we have resolved; the address type was stored correctly on the profile.
Coming Soon
- We're adding Job Custom Field Categories so you can organise your custom fields in a way that makes sense in your organisation. This will work the same way as Person and Remuneration Custom Fields Categories.
- We have a new user interface coming to Qualifications. Keep an eye out for this in the coming weeks.
- We are aware of an issue with SuperAPI Onboarding where an employee joins a new superfund, sometimes the details will take a while to return from the Superfund and there is no visibility of any details in platform. We're doing an immediate fix to return the bank and tax details while super is processing. Longer term, we'll show in the UI that super is still processing, why this is happening and what the user can expect.
