All of the new features and improvements we are making over here at Humanforce HR, summarised for you! You might have noticed some of these already, but others might come as a surprise. These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform, our features, and how you are using it.

Job Update Reasons and Notes
We’ve made a small but impactful change to help teams better track their work. The Job Update Reason and Note will now be enabled by default for all customers.
Why this change? After hearing from many of you, we learned that requiring a reason when updating a job is often overlooked, but it's a key detail for understanding and auditing changes across your team. By turning this setting on automatically, we’re making it easier to build consistent job tracking habits without extra steps.
Single Select Custom Fields
Previously, at least two options were required when configuring custom fields. We've removed this requirement to ensure Humanforce suite customers have a simpler integration experience.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- We've improved the way contracts are printed. They will now print to PDF with all colours and logos.
- Users with the people.contracts.manage#subordinates permission can now Issue Contracts from the Onboarding Overview page.
- The search bar in Contracts and Permissions was a bit jumpy and would constantly reload, making it difficult to search. We've improved this UI, thank you for providing this feedback.
- Jobs that ended before the probation end date were displaying a probation end date after the company end date on the job timeline. We've now removed this.
- Some customers had training events appearing twice on employee profiles under the training tab. This was caused by bulk imports creating a large number of different training events at the same time. This bug has been resolved, and training events are now reflected accurately on the employee profile.
- Customers with large amounts of qualifications were struggling to export All Qualifications from the Data Import/Export Tool as the export was timing out. We have resolved this, and large qualifications will now export. The export may take up to 30 seconds for data sets of more than 50,000 qualification records.
- The label for Multi Select Job Custom Fields were not appearing on the Job Update page; this has been resolved.
Coming Soon
- We're adding Job Custom Field Categories so you can organise your custom fields in a way that makes sense in your organisation. This will work the same way as Person and Remuneration Custom Fields Categories.
- We're making a change to the Issue Onboarding step in the platform. This update makes the steps and actions much clearer to users issuing onboarding to new starters.
- We have a new user interface coming to Qualifications. Keep an eye out for this in the coming weeks.
