All of the new features and improvements we are making over here at Humanforce HR, summarised for you! You might have noticed some of these already, but others might come as a surprise. These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform, our features, and how you are using it.

Feature Updates
Custom Contract Template Variables
Customers can now create their own variables in contracts so they can add things like a meeting spot for the employee's first day or an onboarding buddy's name. This is for items that are important to the contract but not something you want to display on the profile. Custom variables need to be inside of curly brackets {} and can be letters, numbers, full stops . , dashes - or underscores _
- {OnboardingBuddyName} {BUDDYNAME} {Buddy-Name} etc are all acceptable
- {Add buddy name here} is not

New Qualification UI
We've done some work to modernise our qualifications interface. All of the features are the same with an updated visual experience.
Update: Thank you to those who have submitted product feedback on this update. We've heard your concerns and are bringing back drag and drop document uploads in our next release. We will continue to review and prioritise your feedback in later releases, so please do continue submitting feedback in your platform via Help & Support > Product Feedback.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- When using job approvals and the same approver appeared multiple times, the approval actions were displayed incorrectly. This can happen when the same user is both the supervisor and a business unit or location representative in an approval chain. We have resolved this so the required approval actions will display correctly.
- We are aware of an issue with SuperAPI Onboarding where an employee joins a new superfund, sometimes the details will take a while to return from the Superfund and there is no visibility of any details in the platform. We've done an immediate fix to return the bank and tax details while super is processing. Longer term, we'll show in the UI that super is still processing, why this is happening and what the user can expect.

- We're adding Job Custom Field Categories so you can organise your custom fields in a way that makes sense in your organisation. This will work the same way as Person and Remuneration Custom Fields Categories.
- To help make your contract process easier, we're adding contract reject reasons.
