Part 1: Understand the transition timeline

Inform employees that users of the legacy app will see a popup in the app prompting them to switch (and directing users to download the app from the appropriate app store).

Access to Humanforce (Legacy) will be blocked.

Users will see a popup in the app when logging into the app, prompting them to switch to the Work app, with a link to download or open Humanforce Work (New). (Note that users with multiple employers using Humanforce legacy app will still be able to access the legacy app if their other employer has not yet switched).

Remind employees of key points

Employees working for multiple organisations not yet transitioned can still use Humanforce (Legacy) for those roles.

For your organisation, all actions such as managing timesheets, shifts, and leave must now be completed in Humanforce Work (New).

Once your cutover is complete, your organisation will be fully transitioned to Humanforce Work (New), and employees must use it for all mobile workforce management tasks.
