Customers will receive direct communication before their transition period starts. Humanforce will guide you through every stage with support and resources.

Update on app names
To reduce confusion, our mobile app names have changed:
- Humanforce Work: The new mobile app (blue icon).
- Humanforce (Legacy): The legacy app (yellow icon), sometimes referred to as the “Classic” app.
This change ensures it’s always clear which app your employees should be using.
Why transition to Humanforce Work
Moving to Humanforce Work means your organisation gains a more intuitive and reliable mobile platform built for ongoing innovation.

Customers are moving to Humanforce Work in phases. You’ll receive notice well before your transition window begins.
Once all phases are complete, Humanforce (Legacy) will be fully deprecated.
