Follow this guide to view the Humanforce privacy policy in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app. The privacy policy explains how your personal information is collected, stored, and used.
Steps
- Open the
Humanforce Work app.
- Tap
Profile >
Privacy policy.
- Review the policy text displayed in the app. It includes information about:
- What data Humanforce collects and why
- How long your data is stored
- How your data is secured
- How your data may be disclosed or shared
- Your rights under privacy laws
- Scroll through the full text to view all sections, including information about cookies, international transfers, and retention rules.
The privacy policy content opens directly within the app, and you can scroll to read all sections.

The Humanforce app may use or store the following data, depending on your organisation’s setup:
- Email (for authentication)
- Mobile number (for SMS and two-step login authentication)
- Device geolocation (only when clocking in or out, if geofencing is enabled)
- Device information (operating system, app version)
- App crash information
- Company name and email (for analytics)
- Biometric facial data (only when registering for Face ID in the kiosk app)
You cannot generally withhold this information when using the app. If you disable location sharing, you may not be able to clock in/out when geofenced restrictions are enabled by your organisation.
