Follow this guide to swap between companies in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app. This lets you view the correct roster, shifts, offers, leave, and availability if you work for more than one organisation.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- In the
Work app, tap
Profile from the bottom menu.
- Managers: Go to
More > Profile.
- Managers: Go to
- In the
Legacy app, tap the
Menu icon in the top-left corner.
- In the
- Check the company currently selected.
- The company name displays under your profile details (Work app) or at the top of the menu (Legacy app).
- Swap to another company.
- In the Work app, tap the > arrow beside your current company name and select another from the list.
- In the Legacy app, tap the
dropdown beside the company name and choose a different company.
The app reloads and now displays information for the selected company. You can confirm the switch by checking the company name under your profile or menu. Rosters, shifts, and other details update to reflect the chosen organisation.
Additional information
- You will only see companies linked to your Humanforce login. If a company is missing, contact your administrator.
