Follow this guide to update or remove your profile picture in the Humanforce Work app.
Your organisation may require profile pictures to be approved by a manager before they appear in the app.
Steps
- Open the
Humanforce Work app.
- Go to
Profile from the bottom menu.
- Managers: tap
More > Profile.
- Managers: tap
- Tap the
camera icon next to your current profile picture.
- Choose how to add a picture:
- Take a photo – capture a new image using your camera.
- Choose from camera roll – select an existing image from your device.
- Adjust the image if needed, then tap Confirm.
- To change your profile picture, tap Pick another.
- To remove your profile picture, tap Delete picture on the review screen.
Your picture will update immediately if auto-approval is enabled. If manager approval is required, you’ll see a message that your profile picture is pending approval. Once approved, the new picture will replace your previous one in the app.
Additional information
- Profile pictures are visible to other employees in chats and across some parts of the app.
- If approval is required, you will not be able to upload a new picture until your pending change has been approved or declined.
