Follow this guide to view and update your personal, contact, bank, and emergency details in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- In the
Work app, tap
Profile from the bottom menu, then tap
Personal details.

- In the
Legacy app, tap the
Menu icon in the top-left corner, then select
Personal details.
- In the
- Review the available sections of your details:
- Personal information (name, gender, date of birth)
- Contact (mobile, email, emergency contacts)
- Addresses (residential and postal address, suburb, postcode, state)
- Bank details (account name, BSB, account number)
- Work rights (passport/visa information, if applicable)
- Update the fields you are allowed to edit.
- Some fields may be locked and can only be updated by your employer.
- Tap Update (Work app) or Submit changes (Legacy app) to save.
Your changes save immediately, or you’ll see a confirmation message that they are pending approval. Updated information will display the next time you open Personal details.
Additional information
- You will only see fields that your organisation has enabled in the mobile app.
- If you cannot edit a field, contact your manager or payroll team to request changes.
- Your organisation may require profile updates to be approved before they take effect. While changes are pending, you won’t be able to edit your profile. Once processed, you’ll receive a notification.
