Follow this guide to change your password in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce mobile app.
- In the
Work app, tap
Profile from the bottom menu, then tap
Security settings > Change your password.
- In the
Legacy app, tap the
Menu icon in the top-left corner, select
Settings, then tap Security settings > Change password.
- In the
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password, making sure it meets the password requirements:
- At least 10 characters long
- Includes at least one uppercase letter
- Includes at least one number
- Retype your new password to confirm.
- Tap Submit (Work app) or Change password (Legacy app).
You’ll be logged out of all other active sessions for security. You’ll remain logged in on the session where you changed the password.
Additional information
- If your password change fails, check with your manager or system administrator in case your organisation has additional password rules.
