Follow this guide to enable and control access to Template Manager in Humanforce WFM.

If you don’t see the Admin menu, you may not have the required access. Contact your system administrator to have Template Manager enabled for your role.
Part 2: Grant access using Access Levels
- Go to Admin > Security Config > Access Levels.
- Locate the access level you want to update, then click
Edit.
- Click the Permissions tab.

Templates. - Expand the Rostering Screen > Allow editing > Templates section.
- Choose which template types the user should access:
- Master Templates
- Normal Templates
- Tick the checkboxes for Add, Edit, and Delete as required.
- Click
Apply Changes.
Once saved, Template Manager access will be granted in accordance with the permissions configured.
Next steps
Once Template Manager is enabled and user access is configured, you can begin building and managing templates for forecasting and shift planning.
To get started, see:

- Manage shifts in bulk in Template Manager
Additional information
- You can choose to restrict users to only Master Templates, Normal Templates, or both, depending on your organisation’s workflow.
- Templates created in Template Manager are not compatible with Back Office rostering. Once edited in Template Manager, they will no longer appear in Back Office template screens. In addition, any templates managed using template manager should not be updated through the Back Office Rostering modules or the Department or Employee Rostering modules in the Cloud web application as it is not compatible. It should be fully managed using Template Manager or Roster Manager
