These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform, our features, and how you are using it.

Feature Updates
Contract Reject Reasons
We’ve enhanced contract workflows by introducing Contract Reject Reasons. When a contract is rejected, users can now provide a reason to clarify what needs to be reviewed or amended before resending or the reason they will not be moving ahead with the contract process. This fosters clearer communication and smoother workflows.
Job Custom Field Categories
You can now categorise Job Custom Field Categories for easier navigation and clarity on the Jobs tab. This improvement brings structure and flexibility, especially for teams managing a large number of custom fields. These categories work the same way as Person and Remuneration Custom Field Categories.
To create categories, navigate to Settings > Custom Fields > Job > Create Category.
You can then move existing fields into your newly created categories, and changes will be reflected platform wide.
New Qualifications UI
Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made further improvements to the Qualifications user interface:
- Reinstated drag and drop document uploads
- Reduced the number of clicks required to submit qualifications

Bug Fixes and Improvements
- SSO & MFA: Users who were logged in via SSO were unable to view completed bank, tax and superannuation details unless MFA was enabled. This has now been resolved. Affected users can remove MFA from Settings > Account Settings if no longer required.

Public API Update: We’ve added an example payload to
/payroll-sessions/{id}. You can find more info in our API documentation. - Job Updates Approver Count: Resolved an issue where rejected job updates weren’t showing the correct number of approvers.
- TFN Exemption Codes: These were missing from the History modal – they’re now displaying as expected.
