Bug Fixes and Improvements
New Email Log Status
We've added a new Error State to our Email Log to help customers better understand why something has gone wrong.
This error state is most common when an Event Notification has been set up incorrectly. This new Template Error can be fixed by reviewing the related Event Notification and ensuring that all Variables present in the related Email Template have been selected in the Event Notification configuration.
New Address Fields on our Public API
We’ve expanded the address fields available in our Public API to better support New Zealand and other international address standards. These new fields provide more accurate mapping for addresses that follow different standards to Australia. API consumers now have greater flexibility and accuracy when working with address data from the platform.
