Early Access
Qualification Approval Required Event Notification
To help reduce missed qualification approvals, we’re introducing a new “Qualification Approval Required” event type in Event Notifications.
Admin users with the
settings.global_notifications.managepermission can configure alerts when a qualification moves into an Awaiting Approval state. This makes it easier to stay compliant, especially in regulated industries.
To enable this early access feature in your HR platform, your System Administrator should submit a support ticket.
General availability is planned for Monday, 13 October 2025.

Bug Fixes and Improvements
Qualification Documents: Fixed an issue where recently uploaded documents required a refresh to appear. Documents now display immediately.
Job Updates Currency: Approvers now always see the currency associated with the job being approved, resolving past discrepancies between employee and approver settings.
Contracts: Fixed an issue where the contract name defaulted to the template name. Custom contract names now save correctly.
Performance Improvement Plans: We've added a new Status column in the Managers Log > Performance Improvement to ensure you understand all PIPs at a glance.
Coming Soon
Contracts
We’re adding more flexibility to Contracts. Soon, you’ll be able to:
Add comments for each signer and viewer in Contract Templates.
Create and save Draft Contracts, making it easier to pause work or get sign-off from another team member.
Form Editing Permission
We’re introducing a new permission: form_instances.edit
This will let you restrict users from editing completed forms.
For now, the permission has been added to all groups to avoid disrupting existing processes, but it is not yet active.
If you want to restrict form editing, remove the permission from your groups before release.
The feature will go live on Monday, 13 October 2025, at which point the permission will become fully functional.
