New Features
Qualification Approval Required Event Notification
To help reduce missed qualification approvals, we’re introducing a new “Qualification Approval Required” event type in Event Notifications.
Admin users with the
settings.global_notifications.managepermission can configure alerts when a qualification moves into an Awaiting Approval state.This makes it easier to stay compliant, especially in regulated industries.

Default Viewers and Custom Messages on Contract Templates
We’ve made it easier than ever to issue contracts consistently and communicate clearly.
You can now configure Default Viewers on your Contract Templates, so Issuers no longer need to manually add them each time.
In addition, you can set custom messages to automatically send when:
A contract is sent for signing (Signer message), and
A contract is completed (Signer & Viewer message).
This helps ensure recipients always receive the right context and information without any extra steps from your team.

Improvements
Login Page Optimisation
The login page has been optimised for customers who use both SSO and Username/Password options, ensuring a faster and smoother login experience.Onboarding Contract Prefill
When issuing a contract from the Onboarding Overview, the system now automatically pre-fills the subject of the job based on the line you select.
Bug Fixes
We’ve resolved several issues to improve your experience and platform reliability:
Contract Links in Email Notifications - Fixed an issue where contract links in notification emails were not working correctly for some customers.
Contract Template Save Timing - Addressed a timing issue where making multiple quick edits to a Contract Template could overwrite recent changes.
HTML Form Field Formatting - Strike-through formatting now works correctly in HTML form fields.
Job End Date Restriction - Managers can now issue onboarding for jobs with an end date.
Qualification Comment Emails - Fixed an issue preventing qualification comment emails from being sent.
Job Requirement Set Email Links - Emails for job requirement sets now correctly link to the intended page.
Pre-Start Access - Once a user completes Onboarding, their Company Start date will be shown instead of their pre-start access date.
Org Chart - The org chart did not respect the date picker to show historical and future changes. This has been resolved.
Primary Emails and Phone Numbers in the People Export - The people export will now put primary emails and phone numbers in the Email 1 and Phone 1 columns.
Coming Soon
Contracts
We’re adding more flexibility to Contracts. Soon, you’ll be able to:
Create and save Draft Contracts, making it easier to pause work or get sign-off from another team member.
View Upcoming People Permission
We’re introducing a new permission: people.upcoming_profile.view
This will let you restrict users from viewing employees in your platform prior to their start date.
The permission will be added to all permission groups to avoid disrupting existing processes, but it is not yet active.
If you want to restrict form editing, remove the permission from your permission groups.
