Here’s a summary of the latest updates and improvements in Humanforce HR. Some changes you may have already noticed, while others are brand new. Many of these enhancements are based on your feedback, so please keep sharing your thoughts with us.

Early Access
If you'd like to have this feature enabled as part of our Early Access Program, please have your System Administrator email maryc@humanforce.com with your Humanforce HR URL.
Upcoming People Permission
We’ve introduced a new functional permission that controls the visibility of profiles with a Company Start Date in the future. This is the people.upcoming_profile.view permission.

Users without this permission will not be able to:
View upcoming staff profiles
Use the “Upcoming Staff” filter in the People Directory
Forward-date the Org Chart
Search for new starters

To ensure a smooth transition, this permission has been added to all existing permission groups by default.
If you’d like to restrict access to future starters, simply remove the permission from relevant groups.
New Features
Draft Contracts
You can now save contracts as drafts before sending them for review or signature.
Drafts automatically save as you work, so you won’t lose progress.
You’ll see a confirmation message when your draft is saved.
You can also manually click “Save and Close” to exit and return later.
Note: Any manually resolved signers or viewers while resuming a draft will not be saved.
Bug Fixes
We’ve resolved several issues to improve your experience and platform reliability:
Onboarding Overview Page – Hidden Menu Error: Fixed an issue where viewing hidden onboarding items caused a system error page.
Job Custom Fields Not Populating: Resolved a problem where job custom fields were not showing on the Job tab in a Profile when jobs were created via data import with a future Company Start Date.
Qualification Draft Instances – Sort Order: Corrected the sort order for qualifications when multiple versions existed.
Contract Link in Signature Request Emails: Resolved a link issue on the contract signature request email template.
