The employee table displays your assigned shifts and available employees. The filter options you apply will determine exactly which shifts and employees are shown. If you filter to a particular department you will only see shifts assigned to that department and employees who are allocated to be able to work there.
The employee list displays the employee’s name, employee code and the hours and cost of their currently displayed shifts.

To the right of the employee list a cell is shown for each employee and day, this is where shifts can be created or assigned from the unassigned shift block.
These cells may be shaded or have their top left corner coloured to inform you of the employee’s availability.
