The Alerts Summary Page is the first screen that opens once the Alerts Config is selected from the Admin screen.
Opening the Alerts Summary
- Select the Admin section from the top navigation menu.
- Select Alerts Config under the System Configuration section.
Alerts Summary Page
The Alerts Summary page displays all existing alerts that are currently set up and gives the ability to maintain them with the following options:
a) Edit – opens the alert for you to edit the settings
b) Clone – duplicates the alert with the same settings enabling you to change the filtered employees or Send-Groups.
c) Deactivate – deactivates the alert so that it does not trigger. This button will also reactivate alerts.
d) Delete – deletes the alert. This cannot be undone.
