The "Timesheets" alerts allow you to send alerts in regards employee's timesheet data.
Who the alert would get sent to is a recommendation and can be sent to either group or both.

This alerts allow for various options on: Clocked Status – all manual (or clocked) timesheets can be sent. Active/Complete – all timesheets in either category can be sent. Authorised Status – allows for unauthorised timesheets to be sent. Rostered Status – allows for non-rostered timesheets to be sent. Shift Type – allows for timesheets with particular shift types to be reported on. Auto clocked out – allows for any timesheet which has been auto-logged off to be reported on. |

This option allow for various alerts against clocking for shifts: Has not started work – sends an alert ‘x’ minutes after an employee is meant to start work. Has not ended work – sends an alert ‘x’ minutes after an employee is meant to finish work. Has not started break – sends an alert ‘x’ minutes after an employee is meant to start their break. Has not ended break – sends an alert ‘x’ minutes after an employee is meant to return from their break.
