Cloning an alert
Cloning an alert allows you to copy all the settings from an existing to create a new one with a different employee-filtering list and Send-Groups. For Example; to set up a leave reminder alert for different managers so that they are only alerted for their own staff.
To Clone an alert:
Click the Clone button on the Alerts Summary page that you want to copy.
Edit the name, details and alert requirements. Pressing Save will enable the alert.
