When selecting employees to place in a rostered shift, you can filter employees based on their availability and existing rosters. This feature assists you in selecting the correct employee for a shift in an efficient manner.
To engage these filters, there is a drop down option directly above the employee list after opening a shift on the department rostering screen.
You can remove the filters by clicking the X next to each option.
