Follow this guide to set a device to Kiosk Mode in Humanforce WFM, enabling employees to clock in and out without accessing full system functionality.

Prerequisites

You must have an account with permission to edit the Current Location Override.

You must have access to the device where you want to apply Kiosk Mode.
Steps

Open a supported web browser on the device, such as Google Chrome (preferred) or Microsoft Edge.

Navigate to your Humanforce WFM instance URL (for example,
https://yourcompany.humanforce.com
). -
Log in using a user account that has permission to configure location overrides.

Go to Admin > System Config > Override Current Location Settings.

In the Current Location drop-down menu, select the location that matches the device's physical location.

Click Apply.
When completed successfully, the device will switch to Kiosk Mode. Employees using this device will only see options permitted under Kiosk Mode settings.
Additional information

Device-specific setting: Kiosk Mode applies only to the device where it is configured. You must repeat this setup on every device you want to operate in Kiosk Mode.
