Follow this guide to manage custom logos in Kiosk mode, ensuring your kiosk terminals display the correct branding.
Add or update a custom logo

Go to Admin > Admin Config > System Settings.

Select the General tab.

Click Select files... under Custom header logo:

The maximum supported dimensions are 500px x 180px.

Choose the image from the file explorer window.

Once the image is selected, click Open.
- If successfully uploaded, the file will be highlighted in green with a confirmation message File(s) uploaded successfully, and the image will appear on the right.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Once the kiosk restarts, the updated logo will appear on the kiosk terminal.
Remove a Custom Logo

Go to Admin > Admin Config > System Settings.

Select the General tab.

Click the Remove button under Custom header logo:
- Once removed, the image will no longer be visible, and the text No custom header logo image will be displayed.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Once the kiosk restarts, the custom logo will be removed, and the default Humanforce WFM logo will be displayed.
Next Steps

If the logo does not update after restarting, confirm that the image meets the size requirements (500px x 180px).

If the new logo does not display after restart, clear the cache on the kiosk terminal and retry.

Additional Information

Logos for the main navigation bar are no longer supported. Only Kiosk mode logos can be updated.
