An SSO button has been made available in the top right corner of the payroll screen in Humanforce WFM.
Management > Timesheets > Payroll
This is so that when the payrun processing has been completed, reviewed and uploaded into the Payroll system, it is easy to jump across to the Payroll side and complete the pay process.
In order for the SSO to work correctly there are a few essential data checks to be completed as below.
1. The Humanforce customer code must be assigned in system settings
Admin Config > System Settings > "Humanforce Payroll Customer Code"
- The code should already be assigned from the Humanforce Payroll setup, reach out to your Humanforce consultant if this is missing.
2. The logged in user account must have matching details between the two systems as below.

The values of these fields are taken from the Humanforce WFM Employee profile for the current user.
There must be a corresponding pre-existing user in Humanforce Payroll with the exact same values for these fields, otherwise the login attempt will fail.
