Follow this guide to view and update your personal information in Humanforce WFM (Web).
The My Details page lets you review your contact, emergency, and employment details and update them if your organisation allows.
Your ability to update information depends on your access level. Some sections may be view-only, while others may require manager approval before changes take effect. If you can’t update certain fields, contact your manager.
Part 1: View your personal details
- Go to Employee > My Details in Humanforce WFM (Web).
- The My Details page opens, showing your profile information.
- You can view your details in the following sections:
- Contact Details – phone, mobile, and email.
- Address – your current residential address.
- Personal Details – name, date of birth, gender, and profile image.
- Notifications – whether you receive SMS or email notifications.
- Emergency – emergency contact details.
- Bank Account Details – payment information (if enabled).
- Passport / Visa Information – identification and work eligibility (if applicable).
You’ve now successfully viewed your current details in Humanforce WFM.
Part 2: Update your personal details
If your access level allows editing, you can update your information directly from this page.
- On the My Details page, click
Update Your Details.
- Alternatively, from the Home page, click the
Actions menu and select Update profile.
- Alternatively, from the Home page, click the
- Make your changes as needed:
- Use the text boxes to update personal or contact details.
- Click Upload or Use Webcam to change your profile image, or select Delete to remove it.
- Click Save to submit your updates.
- If approval is required, a message will display at the top of the page.
- Once approved, your updates will appear on the My Details page.
You’ve now successfully updated your personal details. If approval is required, your changes will take effect once reviewed by a manager or administrator.
Part 3: Change your password
You can update your login password at any time from the same page.
- On the My Details page, click Change Your Password.
- Alternatively, from the Home page, click the
Actions menu and select Change password.
- Alternatively, from the Home page, click the
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
- Click Change password to confirm.
Your new password will apply the next time you log in to Humanforce WFM.
Additional information
- Changes to key fields such as bank, visa, or passport details may require administrative approval.
- Some fields (for example, name or date of birth) may be restricted for compliance reasons.
- Always keep your emergency contact and notification preferences up to date to ensure your manager can reach you if needed.
