While the individual integrations support two-way data synchronisation between systems, the Employee Data Forwarding feature links these integrations to enable data to flow all the way from HR to WFM to Payroll.
This integration ensures that employee data entered or updated in HR automatically propagates through WFM to Payroll, streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and maintaining consistent, accurate records across all systems. Whether onboarding a new employee, managing job changes, or processing payroll, the Humanforce HCM Suite ensures your data is synchronised and up-to-date.
